I support this business because they are a local family owned store and they are amazing people on top of that. Most importantly is the food. I like their pepperoni and pizza rolls plus all the sweet treats and tea rolls are top notch.
I wasn't expecting an Italian bakery in Cumberland but I found one that apparently has been around for quite some time. Sliced Italian bread was baked fresh as were the Pepperoni rolls with and without cheese. Also brought a few small pastries. Prices were very reasonable and owner was quite friendly.
This place has been around for 108 years and I can see why. Fresh buns and bread, sweet rolls, cakes and all kind of delicious goods. We picked up the potato candy which is a soft cookie-like dough rolled with peanut butter. So sweet!
I ordered a large variety of cookies to be delivered to FSU for my daughter’s birthday and the girls on her team. Everyone loved them, the variety kept everyone happy and it was incredibly affordable. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!!
Holy Cow ! I just bought the German Cake called Bee-Sting here .. oh my what a lovely cake. Excellent example of this kind of cake!! I could have eaten 3 pieces! Great little bakery -- do not hesitate to go ! Lots of hidden goodies.
